by the end of 2004, located in the LAS MINAS neighborhood,
a small village of the big and comfortable Huércal-Overa
town, a part of the Almería province. It is
this village where the company takes its name from
and decides to expand it not only in Spain but also,
and thanks to the new technologies, throughout Europe.
The
company is mainly dedicated to the promotion and construction
of one-family houses of chalets / duplex / triplex
style, all of them located in individual plots of
extensive dimensions, in order to ensure the customers'
tranquility.
The
company puts special attention to the quality of each
house construction, always using first quality materials.
Our
main objective is our customers' satisfaction, and in
this view we apply very flexible conditions in order
to facilitate the purchase of our houses, always backed
